The invention discloses an adjustable crude oil desanding skid hoisting device and a calculation method, and belongs to the field of oil gas skid-mounted equipment hoisting. The adjustable crude oil desanding skid hoisting device comprises a hoisting ring, a cross beam is connected to the lower portion of the hoisting ring through two first traction pieces, and the lower ends of the two first traction pieces are spaced by a certain distance in the length direction of the cross beam; the upper end of the first traction piece is connected with the hanging ring through an adjuster which can adjust the length of the first traction piece. The bottom of the cross beam is connected with two groups of hoisting structures with a certain distance, each group of hoisting structure comprises two second traction pieces, the lower ends of the two second traction pieces extend towards the two sides of the cross beam and can be matched with the lifting lugs of the skid, and the upper ends of the second traction pieces are connected with the cross beam through adjusters; the length of the second traction piece can be adjusted through the adjuster connected with the second traction piece, the lifting appliance can adapt to lifting of different skid blocks by adjusting the structure of the lifting appliance, and the manufacturing cost of the lifting appliance can be greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可调节原油除砂撬块吊装装置及计算方法,它属于油气撬装设备吊装领域,包括吊环,吊环下方通过两根第一牵引件连接有一根横梁,两根第一牵引件下端在横梁长度方向上具有一定间距,第一牵引件上端与吊环之间通过调节器连接,调节器能够调节第一牵引件的长度;横梁底部连接有两组具有一定间距的起吊结构,每组起吊结构均包括两根第二牵引件,两根第二牵引件下端向横梁两侧方向延伸,第二牵引件下端能够与撬块的吊耳配合,第二牵引件上端与横梁之间也通过调节器连接,与第二牵引件连接的调节器能够调节第二牵引件的长度,本发明通过调节吊具结构能够适应不同的撬块的吊装,且能大大降低吊具制作成本。
