The invention discloses an active and passive combined electric heating anti-icing device, which comprises an active partition electric heating assembly, a plurality of sub-area heating modules and three chordwise partition heating modules, and the three chordwise heating modules carry out circuit design through three-phase electric balance heating power; and the passive surface treatment assembly is used for carrying out hydrophobic property surface treatment on the inner surface and the outer surface of the anti-icing partition, so that efficient evaporation of supercooled water and effective control of overflow water are realized, and the passive surface treatment assembly can be coupled with the active partition electric heating assembly according to different anti-icing requirements. The active and passive combined electric heating anti-icing device provided by the invention can be optimized and adjusted according to different anti-icing parts of an airplane, effective overflow water control can be realized for protection parts which do not allow overflow water, and high efficiency and energy conservation of a system can be realized for protection parts which allow overflow water while the anti-icing requirement is met; the limitation of the traditional anti-icing system design is broken through, and the adaptability and economical efficiency of the anti-icing system are improved.
本发明公开了一种主被动式结合的电加热防冰装置,包括:主动式分区电加热组件,包括多个展向加热模组和三个弦向分区加热模组,所述三个弦向加热模组通过三相电平衡加热功率进行电路设计;被动式表面处理组件,通过对防冰分区内外表面分区进行疏水特性的表面处理,实现对过冷水的高效蒸发与溢流水的有效控制,所述的被动式表面处理组件可根据不同防冰要求同主动式分区电加热组件耦合。本发明提供的主被动式结合的电加热防冰装置可根据不同的飞机防冰部位进行优化调整,对不允许溢流水的防护部位可实现有效的溢流水控制,对允许溢流水的防护部位可在满足防冰需要的同时实现系统的高效节能,突破传统防冰系统设计的限制,提高防冰系统的适应性和经济性。
