The ship water-lubricated propulsion system comprises a ship shell, a lubricating cabin, a tail shaft, a sealing piece and a water-lubricated bearing unit, the lubricating cabin is arranged in the ship shell, lubricating water is loaded in the lubricating cabin, the tail shaft sequentially penetrates through the lubricating cabin and the ship shell to extend out of the ship shell, and the sealing piece is arranged in the water-lubricated bearing unit. The tail shaft is connected with the lubricating cabin and the ship shell through sealing pieces, the water-lubricated bearing units are arranged in the lubricating cabin, and the tail shaft is connected with the ship shell and/or the lubricating cabin through the water-lubricated bearing units. Compared with the prior art, the ship water lubrication propulsion system without the stern shaft tube adopts a closed water lubrication mode, the problem of lubricating oil leakage and the problem of use limitation of open water lubrication are thoroughly avoided, the structure of the stern shaft tube is removed, and the cost is reduced. Instead, the water-lubricated bearing unit is completely soaked in the lubricating water in the lubricating cabin, so that the heat dissipation effect of the water-lubricated bearing unit and the supply of the lubricating water are ensured, and the lubrication failure is avoided.
本发明涉及去艉轴管化的船舶水润滑推进系统,包括船体外壳、润滑舱、尾轴、密封件以及水润滑轴承单元,润滑舱内置于船体外壳内,润滑舱内装载有润滑水,尾轴依次穿过润滑舱以及船体外壳以延伸至船体外壳外,尾轴通过密封件分别与润滑舱和船体外壳连接,若干水润滑轴承单元内置于润滑舱内,尾轴通过水润滑轴承单元与船体外壳和/或润滑舱连接。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的去艉轴管化的船舶水润滑推进系统采用闭式水润滑的形式,彻底避免了润滑油泄露的问题以及开式水润滑的使用限制问题,并且去除了艉轴管这一结构,而是将水润滑轴承单元完全浸泡于润滑舱内的润滑水中,确保了水润滑轴承单元的散热效果和润滑水的供给,避免了润滑的失效。
