The invention discloses a docking block floating along with a ship and a method for manufacturing the ship by using the docking block floating along with the ship, and relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, the docking block floating along with the ship comprises a plurality of docking block units arranged along the length direction of the ship and located at the bottom of an outer plate of the ship body; each docking block unit sequentially comprises a concrete block, a movable steel docking block, a steel pad block and a block wood from bottom to top, wherein the centers of the concrete block, the movable steel docking block, the steel pad block and the block wood are aligned; the concrete pier is arranged at the dock bottom, the adjustable steel docking blocks are fixed above the concrete pier, and the concrete piers and the adjustable steel docking blocks of all docking block units are the same in height; the steel pad pier is detachably fixed on the movable steel docking block, and the contact position of the steel pad pier and the movable steel docking block is a plane; the height of the steel cushion pier is set according to the height of a hull plate at the corresponding position; the pier timber is fixedly mounted on the steel pad pier; the top curved surface of the pier is linearly profiled with the curved surface of the hull outer plate; and the steel cushion pier is detachably fixed on the ship body outer plate. By arranging the steel cushion pier and the pier timber floating along with the ship, it is guaranteed that the bottom of the cabin is stressed evenly; and meanwhile, during pier falling, the problem of pier falling precision errors is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种随船漂浮式坞墩以及利用该随船漂浮式坞墩制作船舶的方法,涉及船舶制造技术领域,包括多套沿着船舶长度方向设置并位于船体外板底部的坞墩单元;坞墩单元从下到上依次包括中心对齐的砼墩、活络钢坞墩、钢垫墩和墩木;砼墩设置在坞底,其上方固定有活络钢坞墩,所有坞墩单元的砼墩和活络钢坞墩的高度相同;钢垫墩可拆卸固定在活络钢坞墩上,并且两者的接触位置为平面;钢垫墩的高度根据对应位置船体外板高度进行设定;钢垫墩上固定安装墩木;墩木的顶部曲面与船体外板曲面线性仿形;钢垫墩可拆卸固定在船体外板上。通过设置随船漂浮的钢垫墩和墩木,保证机舱底部受力均衡;同时落墩时,从而避免了落墩精度误差问题。
