The invention discloses an intelligent control system and method for a plant railway and highway joint control level crossing, and the system comprises a plurality of train proximity sensors and train arrival sensors which are configured along a railway direction according to a track, and are used for collecting the approaching or arrival information of a train; the railway shielding annunciator is configured along the railway direction and is used for sending a signal indicating whether the railway is shielded or not; the turnout position signal acquisition device is used for acquiring a positioning normal position or reverse position signal of the turnout; the road passing device is configured along the road direction and is used for license plate recognition and passing control; and the control device is respectively connected with the train proximity sensor, the train arrival sensor, the railway shielding signal machine, the turnout position signal acquisition device and the road passing device and is used for realizing intelligent control of the railway and road joint control level crossing. The existing manual crossing management and control mode is replaced by a railway and highway intelligent centralized control mode, and on the premise of ensuring the crossing traffic safety, the operation intensity of dispatching personnel is reduced, and the crossing passing efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种厂房铁路公路联控平交道口智能控制系统及方法,系统包括:若干火车接近传感器和火车到达传感器,沿铁路方向按轨道配置,用于采集火车的接近或到达信息;铁路遮挡信号机,沿铁路方向配置,用于发送铁路是否被遮挡的信号;道岔位置信号采集装置,用于采集道岔的定位正位或反位信号;公路通行装置,沿公路方向配置,用于车牌识别及通行控制;控制装置,分别与火车接近传感器、火车到达传感器、铁路遮挡信号机、道岔位置信号采集装置及公路通行装置相连,用于实现铁路公路联控平交道口的智能控制。本发明通过铁路公路智能集控方式取代既有人工道口管控模式,在确保道口交通安全的前提下,降低调度人员作业强度,提高道口通行效率。
