The invention relates to a range extender shutdown system and method of a range-extended automobile based on motor characteristics. The system comprises a shutdown mode control module, a pre-shutdown control module, a conventional shutdown control module, a resonance area shutdown control module, a shutdown position control module and a shutdown control output module. According to the method, the shutdown process of the engine is divided into three parts according to whether the rotating speed reaches the resonance area or not, namely conventional shutdown control when the engine is shut down and does not reach the resonance area, resonance area shutdown control when the rotating speed of the engine reaches the resonance area, and shutdown position control when the engine passes through the resonance area and the shutdown rotating speed reaches 0 and the position of the engine is reset. According to the method, engine shutdown state judgment, engine control, generator control and shutdown mode control are defined. After the engine shutdown strategy based on the motor characteristics is added to the extended-range automobile, the engine can pass through the resonance area more stably in the shutdown process, vibration and noise in the shutdown process are reduced, and the use experience of a driver is improved.

    本发明涉及一种增程汽车基于电机特性的增程器停机系统及方法。系统包括停机模式控制模块、预停机控制模块、常规停机控制模块、共振区停机控制模块、停机位置控制模块和停机控制输出模块。本方法根据转速是否到达共振区来将发动机的停机过程分为三部分,分别为发动机停机未到达共振区间的常规停机控制,发动机转速到达共振区间的共振区停机控制,发动机度过共振区后停机转速到0,将发动机位置重置的停机位置控制。本发明明确了发动机停机状态判断、发动机控制、发电机控制以及停机模式控制。增程汽车增加基于电机特性的发动机停机策略后,可以实现发动机停机过程更平稳的度过共振区,减少停机过程中的振动和噪音,提升驾驶员的使用体验。
