The flatcar comprises an upper platform, a pair of driving wheel sets supported below one end of the upper platform, a worm and worm gear speed reducer, a hand-cranking driving mechanism and two pairs of driven wheel sets supported below the other end of the upper platform at intervals. Extra power is not needed, and operation is convenient and fast; a forklift and a winch do not need to be used for pulling out borne objects in the carriage body, the loading and unloading efficiency is obviously improved, and the loading and unloading cost is reduced. The longitudinal limiting mechanism can limit outward movement of the flatcar, the flatcar is effectively prevented from falling down, the transverse locking mechanism can reliably lock the flatcar in the van body, and the running safety of the van vehicle is improved.
