The invention provides a fuel cell vehicle energy management control method considering stack heat and service life, comprising the following steps: S1, acquiring parameter information of a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle, including vehicle parameter information and power system parameter information; s2, constructing a neural network based on SAC, setting a state space and an action space of the neural network based on parameters, and constructing a reward function based on the whole vehicle parameter information and the power system parameter information; and S3, inputting a state space set by the historical parameter information of the target vehicle into the SAC-based neural network for offline training, and then inputting a state space determined by the real-time parameter information of the target vehicle into the trained SAC neural network to obtain an optimal control strategy.
