The invention provides a charging management method, a modular charging pile system, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The charging management method comprises the following steps: acquiring user demand information and to-be-charged vehicle information; determining a charging strategy at least based on the user demand information, the to-be-charged vehicle performance information, the charging pile electricity price in a plurality of time periods, the charging pile charging power and the non-charging pile charging power; and charging the to-be-charged vehicle based on the charging strategy. According to the method, the use requirements of the users are guaranteed at low cost, the external resources and the peak-valley electricity price difference are combined, the electric charge is saved for operators, different charging strategies are adopted for different users to improve the user perception, and the market application prospect is good.
