The invention discloses a torque slope control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the total power consumption current of high-voltage auxiliary machines according to the power transmitted by each high-voltage auxiliary machine and the battery voltage transmitted by a BMS (Battery Management System); if the current demand torque is the driving torque, a first coefficient is calculated according to the current current sent by the BMS, the maximum allowable discharge current sent by the BMS and the total power consumption current of the high-voltage auxiliary machine, and the maximum rising slope of the driving torque is controlled according to the first coefficient; and if the current demand torque is the braking reverse dragging torque, a second coefficient is obtained through calculation according to the current current sent by the BMS, the maximum allowable charging current sent by the BMS and the total power consumption current of the high-voltage auxiliary machine, and the maximum rising slope of the braking reverse dragging torque is controlled according to the second coefficient. According to the method, the rising slope of the torque can be accurately controlled within a reasonable range according to actual conditions, the problems of battery overheating and service life shortening caused by overcurrent are avoided, and the service life and reliability of the axle can also be guaranteed.
本发明公开了扭矩斜率控制方法及装置,可以根据各高压辅机发送的功率和BMS发送的电池电压,计算得到高压辅机总的耗电电流;若当前需求扭矩为驱动扭矩,则根据BMS发送的当前电流、BMS发送的最大允许放电电流和高压辅机总的耗电电流,计算得到第一系数,并根据第一系数控制驱动扭矩的最大上升斜率;若当前需求扭矩为制动反拖扭矩,则根据BMS发送的当前电流、BMS发送的最大允许充电电流和高压辅机总的耗电电流,计算得到第二系数,并根据第二系数控制制动反拖扭矩的最大上升斜率。本发明可以根据实际情况,准确控制扭矩的上升斜率在合理的范围内,避免出现因过流导致的电池过热及寿命降低的问题,也能够保障车桥的使用寿命及可靠性。
