The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and provides an identification method of an intelligent network connection automobile driving cooperation party, which comprises the following steps: constructing a no-signal intersection model; making a traffic rule according to the no-signal intersection model; defining a pre-selected coordination area according to the no-signal intersection model and the traffic rule; reducing the range of the pre-selected collaboration area to obtain the collaboration area; and outputting vehicle information of the collaboration party according to the collaboration area. According to the invention, the accurate identification of the driving cooperation party of the intelligent network connection automobile under the mixed traffic flow is realized, and the efficiency and safety of road traffic passing are obviously improved.
