The invention relates to the technical field of traffic management, in particular to a road network evaluation method and device based on road network traffic bearing efficiency. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring road network basic data, checkpoint vehicle passing data and congestion data; determining the theoretical traffic bearing capacity according to the ratio of the product of the road mileage and the lane number in the road network basic data to the headway distance; determining a corresponding relationship between the congestion data and in-transit data determined based on the checkpoint vehicle passing data; determining in-transit quantity data corresponding to the congestion data reaching a preset threshold value based on the corresponding relationship, and obtaining actual traffic bearing capacity; and evaluating the road network by adopting the theoretical traffic bearing capacity and the traffic bearing efficiency. By implementing the method, the operation efficiency or congestion causes of the current road network can be judged, and a data basis is provided for improving the urban traffic passing efficiency and management level.

    本发明涉及交通管理技术领域,具体涉及一种基于道路网交通承载效率的路网评价方法及装置。方法包括:获取道路网基础数据、卡口过车数据和拥堵数据;根据道路网基础数据中道路里程和车道数的乘积与车头间距的比值确定理论交通承载力;确定拥堵数据与基于卡口过车数据确定的在途量数据的对应关系;基于对应关系确定达到预设阈值的拥堵数据对应的在途量数据,得到实际交通承载力;采用理论交通承载力以及交通承载效率对路网进行评价。通过实施本发明能够判定当前路网的运行效能或拥堵成因等,为提升城市交通通行效率与管理水平提供了数据基础。
