The invention discloses a power battery thermal runaway early warning method, an intelligent cabin and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining battery pack data from a cloud end, carrying out the feature extraction of the battery pack data, forming a high-dimensional matrix, carrying out the dimension reduction of the high-dimensional matrix through a machine learning algorithm, calculating the failure probability of a power battery, and obtaining the current failure probability, and comparing the current failure probability with a preset failure probability threshold, judging whether a thermal runaway risk exists or not, and determining a high-risk single battery. The invention provides a new solution for realizing a battery fault alarm method. On the basis of development and application of the cloud technology, onboard BMS data can be transmitted to the cloud in real time for storage and calculation, cloud data and an intelligent algorithm are combined, a big data mining technology is applied, early warning on the battery thermal runaway risk under the real-time working condition is achieved, and safe operation of the electric vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池热失控预警方法、智能座舱、电子设备,包括:从云端获取电池组数据,对所述电池组数据进行特征提取,形成高维矩阵,通过机器学习算法对高维矩阵进行降维,计算动力电池的失效概率并得到当前失效概率,将所述当前失效概率与预设的失效概率阈值进行对比,进行是否存在热失控风险的判断,确定高危单体电池。本发明在实现电池故障报警方法上提出了新的解决办法。基于云端技术的发展和应用,板载BMS数据可实时传输到云端进行存储和计算,将云端数据和智能算法进行结合运用大数据挖掘技术,实现对实时工况下,电池热失控风险进行预警,保障电动车安全运行。
