The invention relates to the technical field of battery heat dissipation, in particular to a battery heat dissipation system for a new energy automobile, which comprises a heat dissipation management platform, an information acquisition unit, a potential interference unit, a cooling interference supervision unit, a thermal runaway analysis unit, a diffusion evaluation unit and a response management unit, heat dissipation risk analysis is performed from two aspects of cooling interference and potential self interference of the battery pack, on one hand, the cooling interference is managed according to the information feedback condition, and on the other hand, supervision analysis is performed on heat dissipation of the battery pack in combination with the potential interference, so that the heat dissipation supervision precision of the battery pack is improved; meanwhile, the heat dissipation management effect of the battery pack is improved, and in the heat dissipation process of the battery pack, heat diffusion trend supervision, evaluation and analysis are performed on the battery pack, and analysis is performed in combination with information delay, so that heat dissipation regulation and control are reasonably performed, and the heat diffusion influence of the battery pack and the damage risk of a single battery are reduced.

    本发明涉及电池散热技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于新能源汽车的电池散热系统,包括散热管理平台、信息采集单元、潜在干扰单元、冷却干扰监管单元、热失控分析单元、扩散评估单元以及响应管理单元;本发明通过从电池组的冷却干扰和潜在自身干扰两个角度进行散热风险分析,一方面根据信息反馈情况对冷却干扰进行管理,另一方面有助于结合潜在干扰对电池组散热进行监管分析,以提高电池组散热监管精度,同时有助于提高电池组散热管理效果,且在电池组散热过程中,对电池组进行热扩散趋势监管评估分析,同时结合信息延误进行分析,以便合理的进行散热调控,以降低电池组的热扩散影响和单个电池的受损风险。
