The invention relates to the technical field of material conveying, in particular to a monorail crane double-pendulum single-opening turnout which comprises a turnout frame, a first fixing way and a second fixing way are correspondingly fixed to the lower end of the turnout frame in the width direction, and a front end fixing way is correspondingly fixed to the lower end of the turnout frame in the length direction; and the turnout assembly comprises a bent rail and a straight rail, and one end of the bent rail is rotationally connected with the first fixed rail. The auxiliary wheel and the rotating shaft roll at the bending part to rotate so as to drive the linkage bracket, the guide rod and the first semicircular block to rotate, so that vertex sliding contact between the first semicircular block and the second semicircular block is converted into side sliding contact; therefore, the two clamping frames and the fixing box are driven to get close to each other to drive the extruded friction block to make contact with the bent rail for friction, the moving speed is reduced, and the situation that the bent rail and the hanging rail are affected by shaking of hung materials due to the fact that the materials pass through the bent bent rail or the hanging rail at a high speed is avoided.

    本发明涉及物料输送技术领域,具体涉及一种单轨吊双摆单开道岔,包括:道岔框架,所述道岔框架的下端且在宽度方向对应固定有第一固定道与第二固定道,所述道岔框架的下端且在长度方向上对应固定有前端固定道;岔道组件,所述岔道组件包括曲轨与直轨,所述曲轨的一端与第一固定道转动连接。本发明通过辅助轮与转动轴在弯曲处滚动进行转动而带动联动支架、导向杆和第一半圆形块进行转动,以此让第一半圆形块与第二半圆形块之间从顶点滑动接触转换为侧边滑动接触,以此驱动两个卡框与固定盒相互靠近带动被挤出的摩擦块与曲轨接触进行摩擦,减少移动速度,避免以较快的速度通过弯曲的曲轨或吊轨使吊送的物料晃动对曲轨与吊轨造成影响。
