The invention relates to an adjustable hanging bracket device for on-site high-altitude batch installation of reinforcing steel bars and a using method. An upper cross rod and a lower cross rod in the device are connected through vertical connecting rods on the two sides; notches are formed in the middles of the upper and lower cross rods; the positioning sleeves are respectively fixed in the notches of the upper cross rod and the lower cross rod; and the upper cross bar is fixedly connected with a lifting lug plate. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting a hanging bracket device according to the designed diameter specification of a main reinforcing bar of the reinforcing steel bar and the spacing of the reinforcing steel bar, pre-arranging the reinforcing steel bar on the hanging bracket device, installing a connector at the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar, using the connector as a limit in the reinforcing steel bar installation process, and then integrally hoisting the reinforcing steel bar for installation; removing the connectors at the upper ends of the steel bars and dismounting the hanging bracket device. The device is used for batch installation of high-altitude vertical large-diameter reinforcing steel bars of bridge buildings, is light in structure, wide in application range, capable of being applied to field batch installation of various reinforcing steel bars with different diameters and intervals, rapid in construction, safe and reliable, and beneficial to improvement of reinforcing steel bar installation precision and construction efficiency.

    本发明涉及一种用于钢筋现场高空批量安装的可调节吊架装置及使用方法,该装置中的上、下横杆通过两侧的竖向连杆连接;上、下横杆中间设置槽口;定位套管分别固定在上、下横杆槽口内;上横杠上固定连接吊耳板。该方法包括:根据设计钢筋主筋的直径规格以及钢筋间距,调整吊架装置,将钢筋预先布置在吊架装置上,安装钢筋上端的连接器,利用连接器作为钢筋安装过程中的限位,随后整体吊装钢筋进行安装,钢筋的下端连接完成后,解除钢筋上端的连接器,拆除吊架装置。本发明用于桥梁建筑高空竖向大直径钢筋的批量安装,结构轻便,适用范围广,可应用于各类不同直径和间距的钢筋现场批量安装,施工快速,安全可靠,有利于提高钢筋安装精度和施工效率。
