The invention discloses an interval type heat insulation structure of a radiant cooler for space, and belongs to the field of aerospace application, the interval type heat insulation structure comprises the radiant cooler, a first multi-layer heat insulation layer, a second multi-layer heat insulation layer and an auxiliary support, a sun screen is arranged in the radiant cooler, and the auxiliary support is arranged on the outer side of the radiant cooler; the first multi-layer heat insulation layer wraps the outer side of the radiant cooler by being fixedly attached to the auxiliary support, the second multi-layer heat insulation layer is arranged on the back face of the sun screen, an isolation space is formed between the two heat insulation layers, and the outer surface of the first multi-layer heat insulation layer is a polyimide aluminum-plated secondary surface mirror; by arranging the first multi-layer heat insulation layer, the influence of direct solar radiation can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, more heat can be radiated to cold air, and the temperature of the outermost surface can be reduced; the second multi-layer heat insulation layer is not directly irradiated by the sun, so that internal radiation heat transfer can be effectively reduced; and the auxiliary support is arranged, space isolation is achieved, heat leakage caused by contact of the two heat insulation layers is avoided, and meanwhile the shell-level mechanical resistance of the radiant cooler can be effectively enhanced.
本发明公开了一种空间用辐冷器的间隔式隔热结构,属于航天应用领域,包括辐冷器、第一多层隔热层、第二多层隔热层和辅助支撑,辐冷器内设置有太阳屏,辅助支撑设置于辐冷器外侧,第一多层隔热层通过固定贴合于辅助支撑包裹于辐冷器外侧,第二多层隔热设置于太阳屏的背面,两个隔热层之间设有隔离空间,第一多层隔热层外表面为聚酰亚胺镀铝二次表面镜;本发明通过设有第一多层隔热层,可有效减少太阳直射的影响,同时可向冷空辐射更多热量,可以降低最外表面温度;第二多层隔热层不会受到太阳直射,可以有效减小内部的辐射传热;设有辅助支撑,实现形成空间隔离,避免两个隔热层接触漏热,同时可有效增强辐冷器外壳级抗力学性能。
