The invention provides an inclination monitoring method and system for a high-lift system, and belongs to the technical field of aviation system high-lift control, in the system, a controller is electrically connected with pull rod type inclination sensors, a moving surface is a flap or a slat, each pull rod type inclination sensor is used for sending a state signal of the pull rod type inclination sensor to the controller; the state signal is used for reflecting the length variation of the pull rod type inclination sensor; the controller is used for determining whether an inclination fault occurs or not according to the state signal; the position of the inclination fault can be accurately positioned, and the fault positioning time and cost of maintenance personnel are reduced; the real position and motion condition of the motion surface can be obtained; the controller can judge the flap/slat movement condition according to different feedback values of the sensor and report the flap/slat movement condition to a flight control system, so that the flight safety is improved; the installed pull rod type inclination sensor can also be used as a fixed structure to drag the faulted wing flap or/and slat, and the faulted wing surface is prevented from being blown away by aerodynamic force.
