The invention relates to a controllable-pitch propeller shaft, and belongs to the technical field of ship power propulsion devices. The controllable-pitch propeller shaft comprises an inner oil pipe, a large shaft and a supporting device. The supporting device comprises a supporting seat, an upper half body, a lower half body and a sliding copper bar; the upper half body and the lower half body are symmetrical in structure and are both of a semicircular structure. The outer sides of the circumferences of the upper half body and the lower half body are respectively provided with the supporting seats; the sliding copper bar is fixed at the upper end part of the supporting seat; the inner oil pipe is coaxially arranged in the large shaft, the upper half body and the lower half body symmetrically clamp the inner oil pipe, and the upper half body and the lower half body make contact with the inner wall of the large shaft through the sliding copper bar. On the premise that a welding process is not used and the structural strength of the controllable-pitch propeller oil pipe is not damaged, supporting of the inner oil pipe in the large shaft is achieved, and the supporting device is particularly suitable for supporting controllable-pitch propeller oil pipes with large vibration loads such as icebreakers.

    本发明涉及一种调距桨轴,船舶动力推进装置技术领域,所述调距桨轴包括内油管、大轴和支撑装置;所述支撑装置包括支撑座、上哈夫体、下哈夫体、滑动铜条;所述上哈夫体和所述下哈夫体结构对称,均为半圆结构;所述上哈夫体和所述下哈夫体的圆周外侧上分别安装所述支撑座;所述滑动铜条固定在所述支撑座的上端部;所述内油管同轴置于所述大轴内,所述上哈夫体和所述下哈夫体对称夹紧所述内油管,并通过所述滑动铜条与所述大轴内壁接触。本发明在不使用焊接工艺,不损伤调距桨油管结构强度的前提下,实现内油管在大轴内的支撑,特别适用于破冰船这类振动负荷较大的调距桨油管支撑使用。
