One end of the first elastic piece is fixed, and the other end of the first elastic piece is connected with the first locking piece; one end of the second elastic piece is fixed, and the other end of the second elastic piece is connected with the second locking piece; the first locking piece can rotate around a first axis, and the second locking piece can rotate around a second axis; when the detaching mechanism is in a locking state, the first locking piece is matched with the second locking piece, the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece are in a tensioning state, and the direction of the torque applied to the first locking piece by the first elastic piece is opposite to that of the torque applied to the second locking piece by the second elastic piece. And an unlocking handle is arranged on the first locking piece. According to the invention, safe laying of the neutrino detector array in the deep sea environment is realized.
