The invention relates to the technical field of pipe system unit precision detection, and discloses a pipe system unit installation precision control method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: drawing a datum line in a site according to a design drawing; marking the X and Y coordinates of each reference tube according to the reference line, and then mounting the reference tubes according to the height coordinates of the corresponding reference tubes; detecting the position of the reference tube; fixing the reference tube; installing a connecting pipe connected with the reference pipe according to the position of the reference pipe; and the other pipe fittings connected with the connecting pipe are installed, and if the pipe fittings which cannot be connected are found, the pipe fittings are rectified under the condition that it is guaranteed that the reference pipe and the connecting pipe are not moved. The operability of precision control is high, the measurement difficulty is low, accumulated errors are exposed in advance and rectified in advance, and the shipbuilding efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及管系单元精度检测技术领域,公开了一种管系单元安装精度的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:根据设计图纸在场地内画出基准线;根据基准线标出各个基准管的X、Y坐标,再根据对应所述基准管的高度坐标进行所述基准管安装;对所述基准管的位置进行检测;固定所述基准管;根据所述基准管的位置安装与所述基准管连接的连接管;安装连接所述连接管的其余管件,如发现有连接不上的管件,在保证所述基准管和所述连接管不动的情况下,对管件进行整改。精度控制的可操作性高,测量难度低,将累计误差提前暴露出来,提前整改,提高了造船效率。
