The invention provides a ship shafting and main engine pre-embedding method and a ship shafting and main engine pre-embedding system. The method comprises the following steps: a distance presetting step: presetting a first preset distance from a ship shafting to the bottom of a cabin and a second preset distance from a ship main engine to the bottom of the cabin, and a position determining step: determining a first preset hanging position of the ship shafting and a second preset hanging position of the ship shafting; a hoisting time node determination and hoisting step: hoisting a ship shafting in the dock within a first preset time, and hoisting a ship main engine within a second preset time; and an installation time node determination and installation step: installing the ship shafting at the first preset installation position at the third preset time in the dock, and installing the ship main engine at the second preset installation position at the fourth preset time. Hoisting and mounting are both completed in the dock, the process stage is advanced, the dock period can be effectively shortened, and the cabin integrity before the dock is undocked is improved; and convenience can be created for oil feeding (debugging) of the main engine.
