A heating wire on a steering wheel is wound in a partitioned mode according to four common positions of a user, a temperature sensor is arranged in each area, a steering wheel rapid heating function key is arranged on an HMI interface, and the user can select the area which the user wants to heat through the function key; the steering wheel heating controller receives a steering wheel heating area selected by a user and transmitted by the HMI interface, and controls a corresponding heating wire to heat; meanwhile, the temperature average value of the heating area is calculated and compared with the target temperature; if the temperature is less than the target temperature, returning to the previous step, otherwise, enabling the steering wheel heating controller to enter a slow heating stage, calculating the average value of the temperature information of each region, and comparing with the target temperature; if the temperature is greater than or equal to the target temperature, not controlling the heating wire to heat, and if the temperature is less than the target temperature, returning to the previous step; regional positions frequently used by a user are rapidly heated, other positions are heated later, the satisfaction degree of the user can be greatly improved, and meanwhile the purpose of rapidly heating the steering wheel is achieved.
本发明属于方向盘加热控制技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车方向盘加热的分区控制方法;方向盘上的加热丝按照四个用户常用位置进行分区缠绕,每个区域内布置温度传感器,在HMI界面上设置方向盘快速加热功能键,且用户能够通过该功能键选取想要加热的区域;方向盘加热控制器接收HMI界面传输的用户选择的方向盘加热区域,控制对应加热丝加热;同时计算加热区域的温度平均值,将其与目标温度对比;若小于目标温度,返回上一步,否则,方向盘加热控制器进入慢加热阶段,并计算各区域温度信息平均值,与目标温度对比;若大于或者等于目标温度,不再控制加热丝进行加热,小于目标温度,返回上一步;本发明使用户经常使用的区域位置快速加热,其他位置后升温,可以大大提升用户满意度,同时实现方向盘快速加热的目的。
