The system can be seamlessly switched to the other control module when one control module breaks down, continuous operation of the vehicle-mounted signal machine is ensured, logic arbitration is achieved, the states of the two monitoring modules are monitored and judged, the switching opportunity is determined, the autonomy and stability of the system can be enhanced, and the reliability of the system is improved. Meanwhile, resource utilization and power consumption management can be optimized, and flexibility and maintainability are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于双控制冗余设计的车载信号机控制方法及系统,方法包括:获取数据指令到第一控制模块,进行数据解析以及信号控制;自动同步到第二控制模块,并发送给车载信号机完成指令操作;实时监测工作状态,若发生异常,进行故障诊断,若存在未修复故障则将切换信号发送至第二控制模块;第二控制模块接收切换信号并接替工作,反馈状态信息并记录,进行故障记录以及分析。本发明能够保证系统在一块控制模块出现故障时能够无缝切换到另一块控制模块,确保车载信号机的持续运行,实现仲裁逻辑,监控和判断两个监控模块的状态,并决定进行切换的时机,能够增强系统的自主性和稳定性,同时能够优化资源利用和功耗管理,提高了灵活性和可维护性。
