The invention provides a suspension type turnover isolation mechanism for an unmanned rail vehicle, which is fixed on a vehicle body structure on the inner side of a built-in wallboard and comprises a fixed seat assembly, a bolt assembly, a turnover isolation rod assembly and a clamping seat assembly, compared with a cord fabric type isolation belt, the isolation belt is safer and more reliable; compared with a fixed isolation rod, the foldable isolation rod is flexible and convenient, and can provide a wider space for passengers after being folded; compared with an integral isolation door, the isolation door is low in cost and easy to operate, the vehicle is helped to rapidly achieve space switching between manned driving and unmanned driving, and when unmanned driving operation of the vehicle is started, disassembly and transformation do not need to be conducted.
