The embodiment of the invention provides a climbing and downshifting control method for an AMT vehicle provided with a natural gas engine, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring whether the engine enters an engine untwisting stage or not in real time in the climbing process of the vehicle; after it is determined that the engine enters the engine twist clearing stage, the engine torque value and the running gradient of the vehicle are obtained in real time; the engine torque value and the driving gradient are input into a pre-calibrated clutch torque value map in real time, and a target torque value of a clutch is output in real time; wherein in the mapping relation of the target torque value, the driving gradient and the clutch torque value, when the target torque value of the clutch meets the requirement that the clutch is separated, the torque value of the engine is not 0; according to the target torque value, output in real time, of the clutch, the clutch is controlled in real time till separation of the clutch is completed; and when the clutch completes separation, the vehicle is controlled to enter an engine speed regulation stage, and the gearbox is controlled to complete downshift. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the gear shifting power interruption duration can be shortened.

    本申请实施例提供一种配置天然气发动机的AMT车辆的爬坡降挡控制方法,包括:在车辆在爬坡过程中,实时监测发动机是否进入发动机清扭阶段;在确定发动机进入发动机清扭阶段后,实时获取车辆的发动机扭矩值和行驶坡度;将发动机扭矩值和行驶坡度实时输入预标定的离合器扭矩值map中,实时输出离合器的目标扭矩值;其中在目标扭矩值、行驶坡度和离合器扭矩值的映射关系中,当离合器的目标扭矩值满足离合器完成分离时,发动机扭矩值不为0;根据实时输出的离合器的目标扭矩值,实时控制离合器直至离合器完成分离;当离合器完成分离,控制车辆进入发动机调速阶段,控制变速箱完成降挡。本申请实施例的方法,可以缩短换挡动力中断时长。
