The invention discloses a cantilever type shaft mounting structure which comprises a rack, a connected piece, a cushion block, a connecting shaft, a taper sleeve, a fixing bolt, a knuckle bearing, a gland and a gland bolt, the rack is provided with a mounting inner hole, and the connected piece is provided with a mounting through hole; the connecting shaft is axially provided with a connecting shaft through hole, the front part of the connecting shaft is provided with a conical head, the rear part of the connecting shaft is provided with a connecting rod, and the rear end part of the connecting shaft is provided with a shaft threaded hole; the cushion block and the taper sleeve are installed in the installation inner hole, the conical head is installed in the taper sleeve inner hole, the knuckle bearing is installed in the installation through hole, the connecting rod is arranged on the knuckle bearing in a sleeved mode, the front end of the fixing bolt penetrates through the connecting shaft through hole to be connected to the cushion block threaded hole, and the gland bolt penetrates through the gland through hole of the gland to be connected to the shaft threaded hole. The invention further discloses a using method of the cantilever type shaft mounting structure. The device is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and for a gap generated by abrasion, the gap is compensated by adjusting the tightening torque of the fixing bolt.

    本发明公开了一种悬臂式轴安装结构,包括:机架、被连接件、垫块、连接轴、锥套、固定螺栓、关节轴承、压盖、压盖螺栓,机架设置有安装内孔,被连接件设置有安装通孔;垫块设置有垫块螺纹孔,中部设置有锥套内孔,连接轴在轴向设置有连接轴通孔,前部设置有锥形头,后部设置有连接杆,后端部设置有轴螺纹孔;垫块、锥套安装在安装内孔内,锥形头安装在锥套内孔,关节轴承安装在安装通孔内,连接杆套装在关节轴承上,固定螺栓前端穿过连接轴通孔连接在垫块螺纹孔上,压盖螺栓穿过压盖的压盖通孔连接在轴螺纹孔上。本发明还公开了一种悬臂式轴安装结构的使用方法。本发明拆装方便,对于磨损产生的间隙,通过调整固定螺栓的扭紧力矩达到补偿间隙。
