The invention discloses a heating method, device and equipment for low-temperature charging of a battery and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicle charging, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the temperature of the battery and the actual starting current of PTC in the charging process of the battery; when the battery temperature is smaller than a preset low-temperature heating threshold value, a plurality of battery heating modules are started in sequence; obtaining a request charging current according to the plurality of battery heating modules; and heating according to the request charging current and the PTC actual starting current. According to the invention, the heating module is started step by step in the low-temperature charging and heating process of the battery in a stepped power upgrading manner, so that the problem of how to avoid over-charging and over-discharging of the battery during low-temperature charging is solved, and the charging efficiency and safety of the battery are improved.
