According to the embodiment of the invention, the actual available charging power limit value of the battery is dynamically determined in real time according to the current state of the driving motor and the current state of the battery, the battery can be effectively prevented from being overcharged, the performance requirement of vehicle driving can be fully met, and the scene adaptability and the protection accuracy of a battery anti-overcharge protection strategy are improved.
