The invention relates to a fuel cell vehicle energy recovery and water electrolysis hydrogen production system which comprises a pedal sensor, a brake controller and a motor controller, the brake controller is connected with the pedal sensor, the motor controller and a vehicle-mounted controller, and the brake controller is configured to execute the following steps that after a brake signal is received, the brake signal is sent to the motor controller; respectively acquiring a braking strength signal and a vehicle speed; based on pre-configured limiting conditions, braking force distribution is conducted, and front axle braking force, rear axle braking force and motor regenerative braking force are obtained; the motor controller is configured to perform the steps of: controlling the motor to reverse based on the motor regenerative braking force; electric energy generated by reverse rotation of the motor is distributed, and charging power and electrolyzed water power are obtained respectively. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of improving the energy recovery rate in the braking stage, improving the internal humidity of the galvanic pile and the like.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池汽车能量回收与水电解制氢系统,包括踏板传感器、制动控制器和电机控制器,制动控制器分别连接踏板传感器、电机控制器和车载控制器,制动控制器被配置为执行以下步骤:当接收到制动信号后,分别获取制动强度信号和车速;基于预配置的限制条件,进行制动力分配,分别得到前轴制动力、后轴制动力和电机再生制动力;电机控制器被配置为执行以下步骤:基于电机再生制动力控制电机反转;将电机反转所产生的电能进行分配,分别得到充电功率和电解水功率。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高制动阶段的能量回收率并改善电堆内部湿度等优点。
