The invention relates to a battery detection method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a corresponding parameter data set of a battery under each preset parameter in a preset parameter set in a working process of the battery in the vehicle; for each preset parameter in the preset parameter set, performing feature extraction on the parameter data set corresponding to the preset parameter to obtain a feature data set corresponding to the preset parameter; performing clustering processing on each piece of feature data in all the obtained feature data sets by using a density-based clustering algorithm to obtain a plurality of first clustering results; and according to the plurality of first clustering results, battery insulation abnormity is detected to obtain a target detection result corresponding to the battery. According to the invention, the accurate detection of the insulation abnormity of the battery is realized, and the problem that the insulation detection of the battery is inaccurate through a single parameter is avoided.
