A gearbox power-on and power-off control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, the gearbox power-on and power-off control method comprises the following steps: when a motor or gearbox fault is detected in the power-on process of a vehicle gearbox, if the power-on duration of the gearbox is less than a first preset duration and the fault does not disappear after the fault occurs for a second preset duration, the power-on duration of the gearbox does not disappear; if yes, reporting a fault; when it is detected that a communication fault occurs between a gearbox controller and a motor controller in the power-off process of the vehicle gearbox, if the motor rotating speed obtained at the last time is higher than the preset rotating speed, the current motor rotating speed is estimated based on the motor rotating speed obtained at the last time and the preset descent rate; and if the current rotating speed of the motor is lower than the preset rotating speed, the current vehicle speed is lower than the preset vehicle speed, and the motor completes active discharging, the gearbox controller executes the power-off process after the dormancy signal is received for a third preset duration. According to the invention, the experience in the power-on process of the vehicle can be improved, and the safety in the power-off process of the vehicle can be improved.
