The system comprises a first electromagnetic clutch used for driving a first cooling fan, and the first cooling fan is used for cooling a first radiator; the belt pulley I is connected with the input end of the electromagnetic clutch I; the belt pulley I is in transmission connection with a main pump driving motor; the first electromagnetic clutch is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for collecting the temperature of the cooling liquid in the first radiator and sending a control instruction to the first electromagnetic clutch according to the temperature of the cooling liquid in the first radiator, so that the first electromagnetic clutch works at a set gear. Compared with a fan driven by a hydraulic motor, the overall efficiency is remarkably improved, energy consumption is low, cost is low, compared with a low-voltage electronic fan, the problem that the low-voltage electronic fan is prone to dust deposition and loses efficacy can be avoided, and the overall cost of the system is low; the air conditioner compressor can be driven at the same time, compared with an electric compressor, electrical faults such as insulation and IGBT breakdown of the compressor can be avoided, and the overall cost is low.

    本发明公开一种电动挖掘机冷却风扇驱动系统及电动挖掘机,系统包括:用于驱动冷却风扇一的电磁离合器一,冷却风扇一用于为散热器一降温;与电磁离合器一的输入端连接的皮带轮一;皮带轮一与主泵驱动电机传动连接;电磁离合器一与控制器电连接,控制器用于采集散热器一中冷却液的温度,并根据散热器一中冷却液的温度向电磁离合器一发送控制指令,使电磁离合器一工作于设定的档位。本发明与通过液压马达驱动风扇相比,整机效率显著提高、能耗低、成本低,与低压电子风扇相比,可规避低压电子风扇易积灰失效问题,且系统整体成本低;本发明同时可以驱动空调压缩机,较电动压缩机,可规避压缩机易发绝缘、IGBT击穿等电气故障,且整体成本低。
