The invention provides an electric vehicle thermal management system and a thermal management integrated module. The heat management system mainly comprises a refrigerant loop, a battery cooling liquid loop, a motor cooling liquid loop and a warm air core body cooling liquid loop, and main working modes such as passenger compartment refrigeration, battery cooling, passenger compartment heat pump heating, passenger compartment waste heat recovery heating, passenger compartment heating and battery heating in a low-temperature (-18 DEG C) environment, demisting and defrosting can be achieved. The single water-cooling condenser is adopted to recycle the waste heat of the motor, and adverse effects on the temperature of the battery are avoided under the condition that the environment temperature is low. The battery water loop and the warm air core water loop share a water PTC heater, and the warm air core water loop and the battery water loop are coupled through a water-water heat exchanger. The heat management integrated module is divided into a refrigerant side and a cooling liquid side, and most of parts needing pipeline connection originally are integrated into a whole through a cooling liquid runner plate and a refrigerant runner plate.
本发明提供一种电动汽车热管理系统及热管理集成模块。热管理系统主要包括制冷剂回路、电池冷却液回路、电机冷却液回路和暖风芯体冷却液回路,能够实现乘员舱制冷、电池冷却、乘员舱热泵采暖、乘员舱余热回收采暖、低温(‑18℃)环境下乘员舱采暖和电池加热、除雾和除霜等主要工作模式。采用单独的水冷冷凝器来回收电机余热,在环境温度较低的情况下对电池温度不会造成不利影响。电池水回路和暖风芯体水回路共用水PTC加热器,通过水‑水换热器耦合暖风芯体水回路和电池水回路。热管理集成模块分为制冷剂侧和冷却液侧两部分,将大部分原本需要管路连接的零部件通过冷却液流道板和制冷剂流道板集成到一体。
