The rubber clamping ring is extruded and deformed between the connecting and fixing plate and the mounting block, so that the connecting and fixing plate is clamped and fixed at the bottom of the mounting block, the sealing sleeve is sleeved on the surface of the tire air core, an air outlet of the tire air core is positioned in the sealing sleeve, and the air leakage speed of the tire inner tube is slowed down.

    本发明公开了一种低滚阻静音式胎面轮胎,属于胎面轮胎技术领域,通过设置轮胎气芯、固定凸块、连接固定板、橡胶卡圈和密封套,在轮胎内胎套在轮胎轮辋表面使轮胎气芯穿过气芯插槽后,向松开气芯阀门向轮胎内胎中注入适量的氮气,直至轮胎内胎将轮胎外胎撑起,拧紧气芯阀门对轮胎气芯进行堵塞,避免轮胎内胎漏气,再将密封套插入气芯插槽卡在轮胎气芯表面,使固定凸块穿过对应的固定滑槽,拧动十字拧块控制连接固定板在安装块底部转动,使橡胶卡圈在连接固定板和安装块之间挤压变形,从而将连接固定板卡紧固定在安装块底部,使密封套套在轮胎气芯表面,确保轮胎气芯的出气孔位于密封套内部,减缓轮胎内胎漏气的速度。
