According to the invention, the road marking is digitally compiled and active speed guidance of an automatic driving vehicle and a conventional driver is taken into consideration, so that capital investment for deploying various sensors, cameras and communication equipment is avoided, and the early warning cost is reduced; and unreliability caused by communication delay and packet loss is avoided.
