The invention discloses a vehicle dynamic speed limit identification method for a road-bridge connection area under a rainy day condition, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the pavement friction coefficient of the road-bridge connection area in a rainy day environment according to the real-time rainfall intensity under the rainy day condition and the water film thickness of the road-bridge connection area, and comparing the actual sight distance of a driver with the parking safety sight distance, therefore, safety speed limit values of different types of vehicles are obtained and fed back to the corresponding vehicles, so that the driving safety of the different types of vehicles in the road-bridge connection area in rainy days is ensured.
