According to the method, sampling is carried out in different states and possible pollution areas, through establishment of an underwater model, sampling equipment can be conveniently carried out in different areas, meanwhile, in the sampling process, the sampling effectiveness is predicted, the sampling effectiveness is improved, and the occupancy condition is avoided.
