The invention discloses a floating type vertical axis wind turbine capable of restraining friction and shaking simultaneously. The floating type vertical axis wind turbine comprises a buoy assembly, a machine box assembly, an impeller assembly and an aerostat assembly. The buoy assembly comprises a mooring rope, a buoy and a base, and the base is fixed to the top of the buoy. The case assembly comprises a case body, a generator, a load-bearing bearing and a blocking bearing, and the case body is fixed on the base; the impeller assembly comprises a main shaft, a connecting rod and blades. The main shaft penetrates through the blocking bearing and the load-bearing bearing to be connected with the generator. The aerostat assembly comprises an air bag and a mooring rope, the air bag is connected with the top end of the main shaft through the mooring rope, the impeller assembly can bear upward pulling force, stress of a load-bearing bearing is reduced, internal friction of the load-bearing bearing is weakened, and meanwhile the upward pulling force can restrain transverse swing of the top end of the main shaft. The mechanical loss and the starting wind speed of the floating type vertical axis wind turbine can be reduced, the stability of the floating type vertical axis wind turbine can be improved, and the burden of the buoy assembly can also be reduced.
