The seam allowance wear-resistant rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of rubber, 40-65 parts of carbon black, 2-4 parts of a modulus enhancer, 1-5 parts of phenolic resin, 1-5 parts of environment-friendly oil, 4-9 parts of an active agent, 4-10 parts of an anti-aging agent and 0.1-0.5 part of a scorch retarder, the rubber is composed of natural rubber, modified natural rubber and modified low-cis lithium butadiene rubber, and the mass ratio of the natural rubber to the modified natural rubber to the modified low-cis lithium butadiene rubber is (30-40): (5-10): (50-65). According to the bead wear-resistant rubber provided by the invention, the dosage of the filler in the formula is small, and the bead wear-resistant rubber has good hardness and rigidity and is low in heat generation and low in hysteresis loss.

    本发明提出一种子口耐磨胶及其制备方法,属于橡胶轮胎制备技术领域。所述子口耐磨胶,包括如下重量份的组分:橡胶100份、炭黑40~65份、模量增强剂2~4份、酚醛树脂1~5份、环保油1~5份、活性剂4~9份、防老剂4~10份和防焦剂0.1~0.5份;所述橡胶由天然橡胶、改性天然橡胶和改性低顺式锂系丁二烯橡胶组成,所述天然橡胶、改性天然橡胶与改性低顺式锂系丁二烯橡胶的质量比为(30~40):(5~10):(50~65)。本发明提供的子口耐磨胶,配方中填料用量少,在具有良好硬度和刚性的同时,生热低,滞后损失小。
