A winding drum is coaxially and rotatably connected to the supporting shaft, a first lifting rope and a second lifting rope are wound on the winding drum, and the winding direction of the first lifting rope is opposite to the winding direction of the second lifting rope; the winding drum can rotate by releasing the first lifting rope so as to enable the second lifting rope to be wound on the winding drum, and the second lifting rope can drive the supporting column to move in the direction away from the supporting shaft when being wound. According to the device, only upward force needs to be applied to the first lifting rope, the multiple supporting columns can extend outwards at the same time, the effect that the supporting columns are concentrically clamped in the tower drum is achieved, and the effective clamping and supporting effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及夹持设备技术领域,尤其是一种大型塔筒起吊夹持装置,包括夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支撑轴,所述支撑轴上同轴固接有支撑架,所述支撑架上贯穿且滑动连接有至少三个支撑柱,多个所述支撑柱滑动方向沿支撑轴径向设置,所述支撑轴上同轴转动连接有收卷筒,收卷筒上缠绕有第一提拉绳、第二提拉绳,所述第一提拉绳的缠绕方向与第二提拉绳的缠绕方向相反,释放所述第一提拉绳能够使收卷筒转动以促使第二提拉绳收卷在收卷筒上、且第二提拉绳收卷时能够带动所述支撑柱向远离支撑轴的方向运动。本装置只需要对第一提拉绳施加一个向上的力,就能够使多个支撑柱同时向外伸出,达到同心夹紧在塔筒内部的作用,起到有效的夹持支撑作用。
