By acquiring the voltage value of the elevator motor, calculating the phase angle variable quantity of the voltage of the elevator motor in two adjacent periods and converting the phase angle variable quantity into the running speed of the elevator car, the running speed of the elevator car is accurately acquired, and a theoretical basis and an actual operation method are provided for rapid detection of the elevator balance coefficient and the like.
本发明公开了一种计算电梯轿厢运行速度的方法及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:采集t时刻的电梯电机的三相电压值;对所述三相电压值进行Clark变换得到两相αβ坐标中的电压合成矢量,获得t时刻的电压相角值;基于t时刻的电压相角值和t时刻的前一个采样周期的电压相角值计算出t时刻的电压相角增量值;基于电梯电机的额定频率、电梯轿厢的额定速度和所述电压相角增量值计算出t时刻的电梯轿厢运行速度。通过获取电梯电机的电压值,计算电梯电机电压在相邻两个周期内的相角变化量,换算成电梯轿厢运行速度,从而准确获取电梯轿厢运行速度,为电梯平衡系数的快速检测等提供理论依据与实际操作方法。
