The invention provides a reentry capsule buffer seat, a reentry capsule and a spacecraft, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft parts, the reentry capsule buffer seat comprises a seat body, the seat body is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, and the seat body is used for being installed in a capsule body of the reentry capsule; the upper end of the suspension structure is hinged into the cabin body, and the lower end of the suspension structure is hinged to the first end; the buffer unit piece is installed in the cabin body, the buffer unit piece comprises a first magnetic piece and a second magnetic piece, the first magnetic piece is located above the second magnetic piece and repels the second magnetic piece, and the second end is located above the first magnetic piece and abuts against the first magnetic piece. The magnetic force between the first magnetic piece and the second magnetic piece is utilized by the buffering unit piece of the reentry capsule buffering seat, the structure of the buffering unit piece is simple, and the convenience of disassembly, assembly and maintenance can be improved while the buffering performance of the reentry capsule buffering seat is guaranteed.
