The invention belongs to the technical field of sensing monitoring, and provides an aircraft state monitoring method based on a wireless passive sensor, and the method achieves the real-time stress monitoring of a key structure of an aircraft through the manufacturing of a single wireless passive sensor and the construction of an equilateral triangle sensor array. The maximum stress of the to-be-measured point is accurately calculated by using the deformation quantity monitoring result of the sensor and combining the generalized Hooke's law. According to the method, the mechanical influence of the cable weight of the measurement means on the structural body is effectively avoided, the monitoring accuracy and reliability are improved, and effective support is provided for health condition evaluation and safety early warning of the aircraft structure.
