The invention relates to a polar region ship cabin environment temperature comprehensive control system comprising a central cooler which uses seawater as an external cold source and provides cooling capacity for the whole system; the heating/cooling circulating water pump set provides power for circulating water of the whole system; the low-temperature heater provides heating capacity for the whole system; the air conditioner cold water/heat pump unit is a steam compression type circulating cold water unit. Under the working condition in winter, after the cooling capacity and the heat dissipating capacity of the heat dissipating tail end and the heat needing tail end in the system are mutually counteracted, an external cold source or a heat source provides cooling or heating, energy loss is avoided, and energy consumption of the whole ship thermal environment control system is reduced; heating and cooling of the air conditioning system share the same circulating water system, continuous operation is kept under all working conditions, extra anti-freezing and maintenance measures do not need to be adopted, and the ship building and operating cost is reduced. Under summer working conditions, the operation mode of the system is consistent with that of a traditional scheme, and system operation is stable and reliable.

    本发明涉及一种极地船舶舱室环境温度综合控制系统,包括:中央冷却器,使用海水作为外部冷源,为整套系统提供冷却能力;加热/冷却循环水泵组,为整套系统的循环水提供动力;低温加热器,为整套系统提供制热能力;空调冷水/热泵机组,为蒸汽压缩式循环冷水机组。冬季工况下,系统内部散热末端和需热末端的冷却量和散热量相互抵消后再由外部冷源或热源提供冷却或加热,避免了能量损失,降低了全船热环境控制系统的能耗;空调系统的加热和冷却共用同一套循环水系统,所有工况下均保持连续运行,不需要采用额外的防冻和保养措施,减少船舶建造和运营成本。夏季工况下,系统的运行模式和传统方案一致,系统运行稳定可靠。
