Through the design of the combined type tower drum, the structure design concepts of a stand column type platform, a tension leg type platform and a semi-submersible type platform are integrated, and compared with a conventional semi-submersible type wind power platform, the semi-submersible type wind power platform has excellent performance in the aspects of hydrodynamic force, structure and the like; meanwhile, the steel consumption of the floating platform is obviously reduced, and the engineering cost is reduced; safety positioning is ensured by applying a tension leg mooring mode, and a novel platform design scheme is provided for offshore floating type wind power generation engineering.
