The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a hidden Markov slip state identification model; s2, identifying the slip state of the tractor driving wheel; inputting the wheel speed and the actual vehicle speed collected by a wheel speed sensor and a global navigation satellite system at the current moment into the trained wheel speed state recognition model and the vehicle speed state recognition model respectively to obtain the sensor states of the wheel speed sensor and the global navigation satellite system, and further deducing the slip state of the tractor driving wheel; if each sensor is in a normal state, the sliding state is normal; if one sensor is in a jump state and the other sensor is in a normal state, the slip state is in a jump state; if one of the sensors is in a fault state, the sliding state is a fault; and S3, controlling the slip rate.
