The invention relates to the technical field of automobile driving safety, in particular to an automobile reversing emergency braking method, system and device. Firstly, acceleration signals installed at different positions in the automobile reversing process are obtained in real time; secondly, whether all the acceleration signals are equal to zero or not is judged; if at least one acceleration signal is greater than zero, indicating that the automobile is in a reversing state in the reversing process, and judging whether an effective flapping signal is generated or not; if the effective flapping signal is generated, a braking system is informed of emergency braking through a vehicle-mounted network; if an invalid beat signal is generated, processing is not required. According to the discussion, whether the automobile is in the backing state or not is judged by comprehensively utilizing the acceleration signal, and when the automobile is in the backing state and an effective flapping signal is received, emergency braking and parking are directly carried out, so that people outside the automobile directly participate in backing safety, and the time required by the people outside the automobile from warning to response of a driver is saved; and loss is avoided as much as possible.

    本发明涉及汽车行驶安全技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车倒车紧急制动方法、系统及装置,首先实时获取汽车倒车过程中安装在不同位置的加速度信号;其次判断所有所述加速度信号是否均等于零;如果至少一个加速度信号大于零,则说明汽车倒车过程中处于倒车状态,判断是否产生了有效拍打信号;如果产生了有效拍打信号,则通过车载网络通知刹车系统紧急刹车;如果产生了无效拍打信号,则无需处理。综上论述可见,本发明综合利用加速度信号来判断汽车是否处于倒车状态,当处于倒车状态,且接收到有效拍打信号时,则直接紧急制动停车,不仅让车外人员直接参与到倒车安全中,还省略车外人员从示警到司机做出反应需要的时间,尽可能的避免损失的发生。
