The invention discloses a connection device, a battery rack, an electric vehicle and a connection state detection method, the connection device comprises a main body, and two liquid cooling connection assemblies, a control unit, a first sensor and two second sensors which are arranged on the main body, the control unit is in communication connection with the first sensor and the second sensors, the liquid cooling connecting assemblies are used for being inserted into a liquid cooling pipeline of a battery pack to convey cooling liquid, the first sensor is used for detecting whether the battery pack exists in the battery bin or not, the two second sensors are arranged corresponding to the two liquid cooling connecting assemblies respectively, and the two second sensors are used for detecting whether the corresponding liquid cooling connecting assemblies and the battery pack are inserted in place or not respectively. Through the combination of the first sensor and the second sensor, the connection state of the battery pack can be accurately judged, the misjudgment risk is avoided, and under the condition that the first sensor detects that the battery pack exists in the battery bin, even if the second sensor does not detect that plugging is in place, the situation that the battery pack is not put into the battery bin by mistake is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种连接装置、电池架、电动车辆和连接状态的检测方法,连接装置包括主体、以及设置在主体上的两个液冷连接组件、控制单元、第一传感器和两个第二传感器,控制单元与第一传感器和第二传感器之间均通讯连接,液冷连接组件用于与电池包的液冷管路接插以输送冷却液,第一传感器用于检测电池仓内是否有电池包,两个第二传感器分别与两个液冷连接组件对应设置,两个第二传感器分别用于检测对应的液冷连接组件与电池包是否接插到位。结合第一传感器和第二传感器,能够准确判断电池包的连接状态,避免误判风险,在第一传感器检测到电池仓内有电池包的情况下,即使第二传感器未检测到接插到位,也不会误认为电池仓内未放入电池包。
