    本发明提供一种电池抛离型电动汽车,车身内设置用于安装电池模块的电池腔,车身内位于电池腔左侧、右侧、前侧与后侧分别设有连通车外的左滑孔、右滑孔、前滑孔及后滑孔,电池模块适于沿各滑孔的轴向滑动,各滑孔内分别滑动配合有抵靠在电池模块周向边缘的气囊座,各气囊座内分别设有气囊,相互面对的气囊座中,当一方气囊座内的气囊弹出时,适于将电池模块及另一方气囊座沿其所在滑孔弹出车外;车身上设有控制器及传感器,控制器适于根据传感器探测的车身周围障碍物距离选择弹出气囊的气囊座;能够在汽车停车时,将自燃的电池沿预设的方向抛离汽车,防止燃烧的电池对汽车产生影响并且不会对周围车辆、行人产生影响。
